I'm also the founder of FoodFiltr, a site for people who lead a gluten-free lifestyle to share information about and promote gluten-free foods, products, and services.
About the Site I designed and coded Annehj.com. The blog is a very manipulated version of Plainscape, running on Wordpress. The CSS code for the top navigation is a heavily modified version of Dan Cederholm's accessible rollovers.
About the Name "Hjortshoj" Hjortshoj is a Danish name, and is pronounced "YORT-soy." In Denmark, it's a town near Aarhus.
The literal translation of Hjortshoj is "Deerhill."
